A hands-on problem solver and client advocate, Bob started Ford Construction over 30 years ago to help people. He is committed to achieving project success and relishes the opportunity to partner with clients to tackle unique challenges. He leads by example with heart and hard work and is part of the project process every step of the way. Together with his team of project managers and talented craftsmen, the company tackles construction challenges other companies pass on. Bob is most proud of how Ford projects help clients achieve organizational goals and foster a sense of community.

With over 38 years of construction industry experience, Jim helps clients determine the best approach to their building project. From site development and foundation design to systems and material selection, Jim is well-versed in all aspects of construction and effectively manages projects. He works with clients to understand the varied parameters and conditions to determine the most efficient building method. For Jim, his role in the project is not about selling the client on a product or process. His goal is to make the design work, which means advising clients on the best path forward to get the job done right.

The Ford commitment to client advocacy and project success is ingrained in Mike. He learned from an early age that it takes a team to get the job done right. He understands how to manage and prioritize to achieve the best results. As an estimator, Mike excels at pre-planning, project coordination, and guiding clients through decision-making. When projects present challenges, he leverages his construction knowledge to find creative solutions to keep the process moving forward. His goal is to uncover the best options and navigate teams through the process as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. Mike acknowledges that construction challenges always arise, but he wants clients to know he is a reliable partner who will lead their project to a successful completion.
