Ford revitalizes structures and adds amenities that enhance the customer experience

THE PROJECT

After sitting vacant for a number of years, Ford worked with the owner of Daylee Public House to introduce an exciting new dining venue in the heart of historic downtown Waukesha. The construction project began by removing the front half of the building and then replacing it in order to restore its structural integrity and provide a new façade. The team then created a seasonal patio—which is the largest outdoor seating deck in the City of Waukesha. Ford revitalized this building and helped the owner add an amenity that all Wisconsinites cherish during warm weather—outdoor dining.
