Waukesha is called the home of Les Paul and there are ten-foot-tall fiberglass guitars decorated by Wisconsin artists located around town to prove it. As one of the recognized Gibson Guitar Towns, this artistic guitar display is not the only tribute to Les Paul. He was born in Waukesha, and he now lays to rest here. Ford Construction was honored to support the grave site design and construction of the site monument for Les Paul’s grave. From the excavation to the final setting of the monument, Ford handled all of the details for this important tribute to a local icon.
